Part-Time HBC Position Days/Evenings/Weekends
Purpose: As a Health & Beauty Care Member you will perform duties related to the HBC Department including but not limited to customer service, stocking and rotating of products, all while maximizing profit and adhering to all store policies and procedures.
Status: Reports to the HBC Manager; Part-time, 12-20 hours; sales associate for HBC Department.
Requirements:
- Experience and product knowledge with nutritional supplements, vitamins, beauty care and organic and natural foods is necessary
- High energy with the ability to multi-task
- Strong demonstrated commitment to customer service, training, retail execution, food safety and sanitation
- High integrity and strong work ethic are required
- Creative and proactive problem-solver
- Impeccable organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to develop and implement action plans
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly and efficient customer service
- Available days, evenings and weekends
Working Conditions:
- Standing and walking for extended periods of time, up to 8-10 hours
- Bending, stooping and climbing
